BAPL sets up a new aerotropolis project in West Bengal

The Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Limited  is one of the largest infrastructure development companies situated in West Bengal. Over the years, it has made quite a name for itself and also come up with the Kazi Nazrul Islam airport  in the Andal area  of the state.

Built by a consortium of Indian and foreign investors, the project has shaped up quite well and the airport in the Andal area resembles international standards in every way.  At the first point it will only cater to domestic services and then towards international flights.

The Kazi Nazrul Islam airport which has come up covers a large area and has the  capacity to  cater to 1 million passengers. The passenger terminal of the airport also extends to 5,750 square metres and the passengers can use the six counters available for check in.

The baggage counter conveyor belts which are placed at the arrival hall helps the passengers with their items and they can travel towards departure comfortably.  The BAPL aerotropolis project which is coming up in the state of West Bengal encompasses a variety of things which covers some of the aspects like sky lounge, skycity, business centre, retail centre, convention centre, information technology hub, retail centers etc.

The new aerotropolis project which is coming up in the state of West Bengal is shaping up quite well with the initiative of Partha Ghosh, one of the most highly experienced person as far as managing infrastructure projects in the state of West Bengal and also outside is concerned. The projects are coming up quite well and the leadership skills of Mr. Ghosh has been appreciated quite well in this regard. Mr. Ghosh has an instrumental role to play in the success of the project and has contributed quite greatly towards it.
